With over 30 shows over five days across multiple venues throughout the Greater Cleveland area, the annual Cleveland Comedy Festival delivers thousands of fans throughout the second week of November.
Our regular, monthly free showcases bring in hundreds of attendees to support local, live stand-up comedy of rising talent.
We rely on your generous contributions & continued support help to give today's diverse & aspiring performers a unique, inclusive, and welcoming performing arts venue.

How can I participate in the comedy festival?

If you are a comedian, you can submit your application during open call for submissions. You can also contact us about getting on one of our upcoming shows.

If you are an audience member, you can purchase tickets to attend the annual festival. You can attend our free showcases at 78th Street Studios during the monthly Third Friday walk-up. You can contact us about volunteer opportunities.
Do I have to be a comedian?

No. Anyone can participate in the festival. We are a performing arts non-profit, so we welcome anyone that wants to be involved.
Do you have any paid opportunities?

We do not at this time. Our support positions are completely volunteer.
What type of classes do you offer?

We offer Class Clown for kids ages 11 - 17 as well programs for adults looking to improve public speaking & creative writing.
What shows do you put on?

Monthly shows include our free showcases at 78th Street Studios during the monthly Third Friday and other partnering venues.

Our annual festival is usually the second week in November.

Our sister festival, Rubber City Comedy Fest, takes place in May.
Where does my financial contribution go?
