The debut of Hush Comedy Club presented by Rush Hour Grille and Cleveland Comedy Festival will feature two Northeast Ohio comics and visitors from the STL!
The lineup for June 29th includes:
Steve Guy has gone far since spending a portion of his time growing up in Twinsburg and is now living out west and performing all over………Well, it’s the West Side (of Cleveland) and not the West Coast (of America), but Steve is still out there making a bit of a name for himself.
As a comedian he’s performed all over Ohio, plus Florida, California, New Orleans and more. He’s also the author of a book, Memoirs of a Wingman and host the related podcast; Wingcast: Wingman Podcast. Then there’s his other little endeavor as a professional wrestling ring announcer for the most popular independent promotion in Ohio, AIW.
Eric Brown is a comedian from St Louis, MO. His material is typically autobiographical with an abstract thread. He talks about being a father, husband and his efforts to always do the right thing. He can best be described as “worried but trying.”
Sarah Bursich is the sweetheart of St Louis, MO comedy. She is sometimes praised for her “awkward stage character”, but that’s just what she’s like. Her comedy is narrative based and some might say a little too honest. Whether she’s waxing on about dead childhood pets or just examining her quarter-life crisis and Steely Dan phase; Sarah keeps audiences laughing.
Amber, also known as The Mid-West Hawaiian, hails from the mitten state but got her start in comedy right here in Cleveland. Only a year into comedy, she’s already performed all over the mid-west and made a name for herself. Look out! She may be a rookie but there’s no stopping this funny gal. Like an up and coming, strip mall restaurant Amber’s style of comedy is Asian-fusion.
