Rob Coleman

Rob Coleman is an extremely well rounded comedian with over 10 years experience in the comedy clubs of Cleveland.  Rob started out in the well known comedy oen mic spot called Robin’s Nest that launched the careers of comedians like Cool TLC, Rob Allen, Ryan Dalton, Joe Wiley, Courtney G and several others. While performing there, Rob honed skills that would make him one of the most popular comics working in Cleveland.  Just starting out Rob won comedy contests on several occasions and was invited to participate in several shows that included well known comedy veterans like Martini Harris, Black Coffee and even the legendary Dolamite himself, Rudy Ray Moore.  Rob has won several comedy awards from the Ohio Urban comedy council that include “Most Creative” (2003), “Most Original” (2005) and “Comic of the Year” (2006).

In recent years Rob has branched out into other venues with a brand of comedy that cuts across age, race and religion to perform as a headliner a shows in local churches, benefits, colleges and retirement communities.  Rob is also a regular host at the Cleveland Improv and has hosted shows all over town.  Rob has also written for plays and skits and local churches as well.

Rob is happily married to Wanda Coleman for 14 years and has two children, Emmanuel and Ambrielle Coleman.  Rob grew up in Cleveland and attends Imani Church headed by Pastor Michelle and Deacon Sylvester Humphrey.
